On-Site Support:Trying to solve computer problems over the phone can often feel frustrating, especially when the person you're speaking with is in a far away call centre. When they can't see exactly what you're faced with, understanding the problem correctly and accurately, as well as providing instructions takes time. That's why our prefered method of assistance is our On-Site Support service. Magic Monkey provides much more than a typical on-site support service. Firstly, our engineer will visit your home or office at a time to suit you. We always agree an exact time for the visit so there's no having to wait in all day wondering when the engineer will arrive. Once on-site our engineer will confirm their understanding of your requirements, diagnose any problems and agree a plan of action to provide a solution in the most cost-effective manner and the shortest possible time. Many jobs can be completed on our first visit and in situations where an immediate repair or work-around is not possible our engineers will spend time researching the problem off-site before contacting you to provide a solution where possible. For more complex problems or requirements we offer a free collection and delivery service (in our core area of business) from our office in Caversham, Reading for workshop based laptop and computer repairs. As our engineers are being entrusted with access to your home or business and systems containing personal information you'll be reassured to know that our key staff have been independently vetted including Criminal Record and National Security Checks.
